Sounds great, but there is a warning not to drink rooibos tea if you are pregnant or nursing.

Hi Kathy,
I checked several resources and could not find information contraindicating rooibos during pregnancy. In fact the opposite! Can you tell me your source? http://stanford.wellsphere.com/green-living-article/rooibos-tea-good-for-pregnancy-breastfeeding-and-anytime/243198

I did a quick search, rooibos tea warnings, because I never had rooibos tea. The warnings were on webmd.com, healthline.com and PDRhealth.com, with references. I believe the warning stems from lack of evidence that it is safe during pregnancy, rather than from known adverse effects. I know how careful I was during pregnancy, so I thought I would comment on it.

Cynthia -- If I just want to make a big batch of this and keep it in my fridge for drinking over the next few days, is there any point in using the sparkling water? -- Carol

Hi Carol,
Make a batch and leave out the sparkling water. Add that when you serve it.
